1. Order Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by Customer:  You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation by AN Technoarts:

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of:
Unavailability of the product
Issues with payment processing
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Customized, consumable, or perishable items are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please email info@antechnoarts.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Refund Policy

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations:
